  • Do you really make everything yourself?

    Yep! Every piece is designed, crafted, and finished by us. From sketching ideas to sanding edges, painting, or pressing designs—we’re hands-on start to finish.

  • Is everything one-of-a-kind?

    Except for our online marketplace apparel, many of our pieces are one-off creations or made in small batches, so no two are exactly alike. That’s part of the magic!

  • What materials do you use?

    We work with a mix of ink, paint, wood, acrylic, PLA, and other materials, often sourced locally when we can. We also use eco-friendly packaging and non-toxic inks/finishes whenever possible.

  • Do you take custom or personalized orders?

    Yes! Whether you want a name, date, inside joke, or your favorite cryptid added, we’re happy to work with you. Just keep in mind that custom orders may take extra time to create.

  • How long do custom orders take?

    Typically 2–4 weeks, depending on the project and our current event schedule. Rush orders may be possible—just ask nicely (and maybe bring s’mores).

  • Can I buy wholesale for my shop?

    We do offer wholesale for select items!

  • How do I care for my handmade item?

    Care instructions come with your order, but general rule: hand wash when possible, avoid long-term outdoor exposure unless the item is sealed for it, and don’t feed it after midnight.

  • Where can I find you in person?

    At local craft fairs, markets, and spooky-themed events throughout the Pacific Northwest. Our schedule is posted on our socials—follow us to track our trail. We love to meet you!

  • Will this summon ghosts or cryptids?

    We can’t promise it won’t.

    If it does, we suggest offering them a hot beverage.

  • We want you to love your Camp After Dark gear as much as we loved making it! If something’s not quite right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

    Returns & Exchanges

    Because most of our items are handmade or made-to-order, we typically do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out within 7 days of delivery and we’ll gladly help resolve the issue.

    Damaged or Incorrect Items

    If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, email us at campafterdarkllc@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll send a replacement or refund — whichever you prefer.

    Refunds

    Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for processing.

    International (non USA) orders are final sale.

    Custom & Personalized Orders

    Custom and personalized items (like engraved or made-just-for-you pieces) are non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

    Cancellations

    If you need to cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. Once production begins, we’re unable to cancel or modify the order.

    Our products are handmade, and slight variations make each piece unique! Please note:

    • Product photos and descriptions are for reference — minor differences in color, texture, or shape may occur.

    • We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue products at any time.

    • Prices, promotions, and availability may change without notice.

    4. Pricing & Payments

    All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD).

    • Payments are securely processed through Square Payments, which uses encryption and industry-standard security measures.

    • We never store your credit card or payment details on our servers.

    • If a pricing or listing error occurs, we reserve the right to correct it and contact you before fulfilling the order.

    By placing an order, you authorize Square and Camp After Dark to process your payment using the payment method you provided.

    5. Shipping & Delivery

    We ship orders as quickly as possible, but please allow extra time for handmade or custom pieces.

    • Processing times are listed on individual product pages.

    • Delivery times vary by carrier and location.

    • Once a package is shipped, Camp After Dark is not responsible for carrier delays or lost mail.

    If your order goes missing or arrives damaged, please email us at campafterdarkllc@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and we’ll do our best to help.

    6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

    Please see our Return & Refund Policy for full details. In short:

    • Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, all sales are generally final.

    • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery for assistance.

    • Refunds are issued to the original payment method after approval.

    Custom and personalized products cannot be returned or refunded unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

    7. Cancellations

    Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase by emailing us at campafterdarkllc@gmail.com.
    After that window, production may have begun, and cancellations may not be possible.

    8. Intellectual Property

    All content on this site — including images, text, product descriptions, logos, and designs — is the property of Camp After Dark and protected by copyright and trademark laws.
    You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without express written permission.

    9. Square Sites & Third-Party Services

    Camp After Dark uses Square Sites and its related services (Square Payments, Square Marketing, etc.) to operate our online shop.

  • Each item is handmade just for you, so please allow 2–5 business days for summoning before it ships.

    Delivery Times (after shipping):

    • USA: 3–4 days standard, 1–3 days express

    • Canada: 5–20 days standard, 1–3 days express

    • International: 10–20 days standard, 1–3 days express

    Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on product and destination.

    Tracking: You’ll get a tracking link once your order is on its way.

    Lost or Delayed Packages: Check tracking, confirm your address, then email us at campafterdarkllc@gmail.com if there’s a problem — we’ll help track it down.

    Multiple Shipments: Some items may arrive separately with different tracking numbers.

    Eco-Friendly: Standard shipping includes CO₂ offsetting.

    Where We Can’t Ship: Crimea, Luhansk, Donetsk (Ukraine), Russia, Belarus, Cuba, Iran, Syria, North Korea.

    All deliveries are estimates; sometimes packages like to take the scenic route!
